He has a broad business and finance experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success working in a multi-cultural environment at Group CFO & CEO level; shaping and executing turnaround and growth strategies, championing digitalization to drive global expansion and profitability, and leading M&A transactions, including due diligence, commercial negotiations, legal acquisition and business integration. With his practical and hands-on problem solving approach, he advises boards and senior management, on Strategy, Investments, M&A Transactions, Headquartering and Business set-up and relocation, and offers bespoke services to Family Offices. With special interest on Tech solutions, Marios further specializes on Regulated Financial Services, FinTech and Energy.
