Bio
Dan is a Partner and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales and on the Roll of Solicitors with the Law Society of Ireland. He heads the risk & compliance team and has extensive in-house banking experience and thus he regularly supports the banking and finance team on non-contentious matters. He has substantial previous experience as in-house counsel in financial institutions, payment technology and training businesses. He is an English solicitor and former employed bar barrister practicing with the Firm as a Registered European Lawyer and advising on international banking, corporate and commercial matters.
