Marina is a Partner and the Deputy Head of the Banking Department. Her practice focuses on complex legal opinions and the Department's commercial & advisory work. Marina handles, litigation cases related to, inter alia, cross-border banking claims and contract law, as well as claims related to the protection of borrowers. She reviews and drafts complex restructuring agreements, pleadings and contracts.
