NEW CIRCULAR 3/2020 ISSUED BY THE REGISTRAR FOR IORPS

In its recent Circular 3/2020, the Registrar urged all IORPs to ensure the immediate implementation of their obligations in accordance with the provisions of the new Law 10(Ι)/2020 and emphasized that IORPs with less than 100 members should take advantage of the transitional period set in the Law to comply.
