A decision issued in February 2020 by the Consumer Protection Service related to "Black Friday 2018 adverts” in which a trader sent an invitation to customers to purchase their products at a fixed price. However, when the customers went to the shops, it became apparent that the products were not available in reasonable quantities and for a reasonable period of time.
